Payments Terms
- 25% advance (Non-refundable ) at the time of booking confirmation (refundable in special/extreme cases)
- 75% balance 15 days prior to the travel date.
- In case the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.
- Guest can pay by Cash/ Cheque / Demand Draft / Debit Card / Credit Card

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
- 30 to 20 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
- 20 to 10 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
- 10 to 0 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
- Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
- In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation
- Airline Cancellation Policy:
- Your flights are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will not get any refund for flights.
